A Vadakara-lineage kalari on an organic farm at Mananthavady, teaching students from more than forty countries with training, treatment, yoga and a daily show.
Founded at Vadakara in 1949 and brought to Wayanad in 1962, the Sangam now runs three branches in the district under five Gurukkals and has taught over five thousand students, with visitors from more than forty countries and no upper age in practice: its oldest students so far were sixty-eight.
