Kalari Lab is built around Adam, a student of Sherif Gurukkal since 2001 and now a senior MKA teacher, who has led workshops across the UK, Poland, Serbia, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Russia, Mexico, the USA, Thailand and India. The online programme pairs progressive video courses with live classes, and his parallel training as a physiotherapist shapes how the conditioning is taught.
He co-founded the Puglia academy in 2023, which serves as the in-person anchor for the school.
